General questions
-
Wear something that’s easy to move in! You might break a sweat, so breathable, comfortable clothing is best. Tops are required, as our teachers may give adjustments during class. Bare feet or grippy socks are recommended!
-
Not at all! We have yoga mats and props available for you to use. Just be sure to wipe down any equipment after your session. If you prefer to bring your own mat, we have space in the practice room to store it, though it’s left at your own risk.
-
Storage space is available in the changing area. While we don’t have lockers, you can bring small valuables like your wallet into the practice room. Please note that we aren’t responsible for any items left unattended. There is no access to the studio once class starts so your belongings are safe.
-
We are a cashless studio, so it’s card only. You can pay online through our booking system or at the studio through our payment machine.
Hot yoga questions
-
Hot yoga is practiced in a heated room, typically around 90-100°F (32-38°C), which helps warm up your muscles and increase flexibility. The heat encourages a deeper stretch and promotes sweating, which some believe helps detoxify the body. It’s a more intense practice, so be prepared for a good sweat! Our hot room isn’t too hot, we keep it at a temperature that is beneficial and comfortable for our students.
-
Yes! Hydration is key. Drink plenty of water before class and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session. Wear lightweight, breathable clothing, and consider bringing a towel or two—one for your mat and one for yourself. A non-slip mat or a mat towel is highly recommended to prevent slipping during practice.
-
Hot yoga is a more intense practice, so it may not be suitable for those with certain medical conditions, including heart issues, heat sensitivity, or pregnancy. Always consult with your doctor if you’re unsure, and let the instructor know if you have any concerns. Beginners are welcome, but listen to your body and take breaks if needed.

Our hot yoga classes are held in rooms heated to around 90-100°F (32-38°C). The temperature is designed to enhance flexibility and promote detoxification through sweating, but we encourage you to take breaks and hydrate if needed. The teacher will guide you through the practice with the heat in mind. Our hot room isn’t too hot, we keep it at a temperature that is beneficial and comfortable for our students.

Barre combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of yoga, Pilates, and strength training. Expect a low-impact, high-energy workout that targets specific muscle groups using small, controlled movements. It’s great for building core strength, improving posture, and toning muscles, especially in the legs and glutes! We do it slightly differently here at 4NT, with our director being from a professional ballet background and the barre teacher being a student of hers and also a professionally trained dancer we use real ballet technique and barre exercises to enhance your barre experience.
-
Not at all! Barre is for everyone—whether you’ve got two left feet or a background in dance, you’ll feel right at home. The moves are easy to follow, and our instructors will make sure you’re comfortable throughout the class.
-
Just bring yourself! We’ll provide any necessary equipment, such as small weights and resistance bands. Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing, and you can either go barefoot or wear grip socks to help with stability.
