It all began …

For Stacey, the journey to founding 4NT began with a deep love for movement and teaching. As a professional dancer and teacher, she spent years helping others discover their potential through dance, focusing on the joy and freedom it brought to their lives. Her passion for yoga started when she realised the profound impact it had on her well-being and resilience, both mentally and physically.

Wanting to share this with her community, Stacey embarked on a path of yoga training and became committed to making yoga accessible to everyone. Driven by a vision of a studio centred on community, inclusivity, and transformation, she created Four Noble Truths, a space where people of all backgrounds could come together, grow, and support one another.

Stacey’s journey from dancer to dedicated yogi has inspired her to foster a studio that’s more than just a place to practice; it’s a place to belong, a place of real authenticity where you really can be yourself.

A family business

Stacey and Phil's journey together started with a shared passion for music... they met at Manchester's famous Warehouse Project and have been inseparable since.

Each bringing unique strengths and a shared dream of creating a space that could serve others. Their bond only deepened with the arrival of their son and alongside their daughter Lyri, they grow up surrounded by the energy of the studio.

Now, Four Noble Truths is truly a family endeavor, run with the values they hold close as a family: connection, compassion, and community.

Together, Stacey, Phil, Ray, and Lyri bring a warmth and authenticity to the studio, creating a welcoming space where everyone feels like family.
