Stacey Parkes

300-Hour Jivamukti Teacher

Meet Stacey Parkes, a true force on (and off) the mat! Once a professional dancer, musician, and vocal coach, Stacey’s path took a detour when an injury cut her dance career short. But when one door closes, another one opens—this time, to the world of Jivamukti yoga.

What started as a way to stay fit and healthy quickly turned into a daily spiritual practice that transformed her life. Fast forward to 2018, Stacey found herself in Costa Rica for an intense 5-week Jivamukti Teacher Training. She gave it her all—physically, emotionally, and financially—and it paid off in a big way.

Guided by her gurus Kevin and Teresa Dennison (@yogaloftmanchester) and backed by 25 years of dance training, Stacey quickly became one of the most sought-after teachers in the North West. Her classes? Pure magic. She’s known for her powerful asana sequences, soul-stirring stories, and playlists so good you’ll forget what planet you’re on. Oh, and her dry northern wit? Absolutely infectious.

Whether she’s chanting mantras on the harmonium or giving you that gentle nudge (okay, maybe a fiery push) to get out of your comfort zone, Stacey’s blend of compassion, humour, and pure energy will leave you feeling like you can take on the world—or at least your next big challenge.

Come for the asanas, stay for the sass, and leave with a whole new perspective on life.

Eleanor Hughes

Meet Elle Hughes, music and dance have always been a source of liberation for Elle. Raised on a steady diet of 90s house music thanks to her dad, movement runs in the family! For her, dancing and yoga are both moving meditations, offering a way to connect deeply with the body and soul. When she joined Four Noble Truths in 2022, something inside her sparked, igniting her passion to explore yoga even further and pursue teacher training.

2024/2025 Elle has embarked on her Jivamukti Teacher Trainings - 75Hr Paris & 300Hr India. Now she is back sharing her signature energy and deep love for the Jivamukti method.

Elle is passionate about stripping back asana, helping students learn the foundations so they can tune into their bodies and refine their personal practice. She also loves Kirtan (chanting/singing), which lifts the vibration and cultivates bhakti (devotion) within ourselves and our amazing community.

Elle is fortunate to assist on Four Noble Truths' retreats, gaining invaluable experience and connecting with the community she is dedicated to.

Stephanie Matterface

Stefanie had been practicing yoga for years, but everything changed in 2019 when doctors recommended more Pilates and yoga to help with some health issues. While Pilates didn’t quite resonate, yoga was different—something clicked. A spark was lit, and as she deepened her practice, Stefanie noticed profound physical, mental, and spiritual shifts.

Inspired by the thought of sharing even a little of what yoga had given her, Stefanie took the leap into teacher training. In the summer of 2022, she packed her bags and headed to Portugal for her 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training, filled with both nerves and excitement. After successfully completing the course, she returned to Manchester to continue her training and mentoring with Stacey at Four Noble Truths.

For Stefanie, Four Noble Truths became more than just a studio—it’s a place where she found confidence, creativity, and a supportive community of teachers and students. Her classes focus on the strong connection between movement and breath, blending her love of flow with spiritual exploration.

Sophie Withington

Sophie has been practicing yoga for the past six years, beginning her journey in Australia, where she quickly discovered how much yoga improved her well-being, fitness, and flexibility. After returning to her hometown in 2019, she decided to take the plunge and complete her 200-hour Vinyasa Flow teacher training at Frog Lotus International in the beautiful Suryalila, Southern Spain.

In Sophie’s classes, you'll find a calm and welcoming space to escape the busyness of your day. Her aim is to help you improve your strength, balance, and flexibility, no matter your age, sex, or ability. Regular yoga practice with Sophie not only reduces stress but also boosts mental and physical energy, supporting any other physical activities you enjoy. She offers a personalised approach, allowing you to develop at your own pace and make the most of your time on the mat!

Leila Nayabi

Leila has practised yoga since her early 20s, though consistency was initially elusive. Initially, her practice felt routine and lacking in purpose, pursued mostly because she believed it would be “good” for her. Everything changed, however, when she discovered Jivamukti yoga through her mentor, Stacey. This style helped her reach a true flow state and experience yoga’s transformative effects—not only in her physical practice but across all areas of her life.

With over seven years in the mental health field, Leila recognizes the importance of a holistic approach to wellness, both professionally and personally. Inspired by her own journey, she began teaching to help others understand that yoga is much more than just physical movement; it’s a path to meaningful, lasting well-being. Grateful for the support of Stacey and her team at 4nt, Leila looks forward to sharing this journey with the community.

Katie Asquith

Katie has been practising yoga for 10 years, after
initially being drawn into the practise for the movement, she soon
noticed the hugely positive impact it had on her mind. After feeling the
calling to become a teacher in 2018, she flew to India where she spent
one year travelling and delving into the various styles of yoga and
meditation. She is passionate about creating a safe space for students
to practise in, encouraging them to tune in with themselves and move in
a way that feels good! Her goal as a teacher is to empower the
practitioner and help them to build confidence and connect with the many
benefits of yoga.

Anna Wilding

When teaching yoga, Anna aims to give her students that satisfying, post-class feeling. She focuses on meeting each student at their current level while gently encouraging them to explore their edge. Anna ensures everyone can engage with each pose by offering accessible variations—and a bit of extra challenge for those who want it. Her classes are typically themed around an element, chakra, sutra, or intention, and she’s always open to incorporating student-suggested themes.

Anna’s background is in vinyasa yoga, having completed her 200-hour training at Yoga Soul in Manchester, with an additional 50 hours dedicated to Sanskrit and inclusivity in yoga.

Emily Braybrook

Emily is a certified RYT Vinyasa and Yin teacher, as well as a Holistic Health Coach with a passion for helping others find balance—both on and off the mat. Her approach embraces life’s natural ebbs and flows, focusing on how we move through challenges, not just how we stand in them. In her Vinyasa classes, expect a strong, energizing flow with plenty of room for playfulness and exploration. Each class is thoughtfully themed, often drawing inspiration from the elements to help students connect their practice to the world around them.
