Everyone has questions before they visit us for the first time but don’t worry we are a friendly bunch.

We have a changing room with a cubicle for you to change your clothes or if you prefer you can use the toilets downstairs.

Not at all! We have yoga mats and props available for you to use. Just be sure to wipe down any equipment after your session. If you prefer to bring your own mat, we have space in the practice room to store it, though it’s left at your own risk.
